I have friends who can't find anything in numbers, but for me and my spiritually gifted friends everything that happens is explicable through numbers - not ALWAYS, but most of the time.
When I have to do something important I look for a date which sums up to 3, 6 or 9 - or when I feel tense and not very happy I count the numbers of the day and realize that it's not "MY" number.
